1. What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service: your email address, display name, authentication tokens, payment method (stored securely by Stripe — we never see your full card number), daily check-in records (YES/NO and timestamp), and basic usage analytics.

We do not collect or store your tasks, goals, or any information about what you are working on. The honour system means we only know whether you tapped YES before your deadline.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to: operate the daily check-in system, process payments via Stripe, send transactional emails (receipts, notifications), generate anonymous aggregate statistics, and improve the service.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Stripe — Payment processing
• Firebase — Authentication and database
• Brevo — Transactional emails
• PostHog — Anonymized analytics
• Sentry — Error tracking (crash reports)

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate statistics may be retained indefinitely.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. We use Firebase App Check to prevent unauthorized API access.
